Its been a long absence and for that I'm sorry. Last August, out on my jet boat with two grandkids, nine and ten, we were jumping waves and the water got rough. I said, 'We have to go in' ... they said in unison, 'One more jump Kug!' and that is how I broke my back. Wham! But I'm now upright and taking nourishment, back on the treadmill and writing again. In this short video it tells us something we can do for America. Actions we can take ... share it!
