America's New Ruling Class

I'm not sure who new it is but we have a ruling class in America. It looks like the image here. Its something that's been happening for years and its now official. Our elected officials in Washington are above the law. They don't even consider themselves equal to the rest of us. They do not share the same health insurance as we do. They don't share the same pensions. They don't have to listen to us, just tell us whatever they think we want to hear. The sad thing is we allow it. Congress had a single digit approval rating last election and the majority of them got reelected. My son quit voting. Said they're all the same. He's right.

We have a President who ignores Congress and by Executive Order does what he wants. Congress does nothing. The President uses our resources to send his underage daughters on exotic vacations. He spends money on golfing with celebrities and supports his pet projects with taxpayers money funding people who daily express their hatred and disdain for our country.

We need to understand we have a ruling class. Because we have a ruling class we are left to grovel at their feet for what we need since they sent all the good jobs overseas. That's why we see record welfare rolls and people on the dole as they used to say. And when people turn to the government for support the ruling class loves it. It gives them more power.

Let that sink in and think about what we can do about it. At this point ... not much. Just a sign of the new America.
