Welcome to my blog. At my age I have to do something. Our country is at stake and we're being led by a band of Bozo's the likes of which we havent seen before. And this isnt about our current Prez or the last one, it's about our countries leadership, well, lack of leadership at all levels.

My last couple of decades was spent either working or consulting in some of America's top companies and I tell you, it is scary out there. Where have all the leaders gone? I stole that from Lee Iaccoca who genuinely did turnaround an auto company so go and buy his book by the same name, outstanding book!

So I just have to share a few things I know, I see, I believe and more importantly a few things we need to do. All of us can help. Just work in your circle of influence and make a difference. Let's start with personal accountability and responsibility. Think the Octuplet Mom, or Barney Frank or the arrogant ass CEO and Board of Directors at AIG and many more ... we are leaderless.
