I'm Sure the Government Can

That was a pretty catchy song the guy put together on the government and then I heard last night that our national debt increased some $300B in ten weeks and we're heavily committed and already sending money to Europe to help them.

What on earth are they thinking? There is no way we can hope to have the real money to back this up without increasing income taxes and/or add a VAT or Value Added Tax. I have property in Canada and travel there often. Some years back they put on a tax, I can't remember what they called it, but it was 15% to pay off their debt. That was a couple decades ago and it is a permanent part of the financial landscape there. When you buy goods there the tax is like near 30% total, as we call it, a sales tax. Look for something creative coming from the Obamanation.

Of course he is going to start saving money now, cutting, you know like a household would have to do. Secretary of Defense Gates has proposed and I hear Obamanation is supporting ... cutting all raises for the military. Great idea in the midst of a war. One of my Marine friends is on his 5th tour now in Afghanistan, he's 30 and a career Marine. He'll be thrilled.

And of course there is the $100M he already announced he was going to save from other cuts. Now to the average person $100M is a lot of money. Check out the video I am going to post above where a young man actually, in plain English and display, will show you how much that is ... my interpretation, if you make $50,000 a year you'd be cutting out about $50 bucks but check out the clever video.
