We really all need to think about what is coming out of DC. It's not just the latest guy at the top either, its been going on for some time, several Administrations. But right now, when you take over an outfit and talk about 'change' and the outfit is losing money, which our country is ... how can you just spend, spend and spend?
Our Social Security is well under funded and if that were a company the government would get after them. Countless other programs are working on borrowed money and we keep hearing everyday of another program this new cat is introducing. Now shame on us, the voters put him in there with no background whatsoever to run a local Subway, let alone the greatest nation on earth.
When it comes to budgets when would he have ever managed one. I'm sure Michelle wears the pants in the family. He wouldnt have had a budget being a 'community organizer' whatever that is. He wouldnt have had a budget as a lawyer trying the six cases he participated in. He wouldnt have had any real money in a budget as a state Senator in Illinois, and keep in mind Illinois is most known for producing corrupt politicians.
And when it comes to managing people exactly where would our present leader have gotten that experience. When you hire someone in a company you start them out of college with low level supervisory responsibility, and the work up to manager and then perhaps director ... community organizer to the state senate to the US senate where he barely showed up, exactly what would qualify him to do different than he is.
Chrysler announcing bankruptcy is something we could have accomplished months ago without dumping billions from the federal treasury into their coffers. I mentioned yesterday I think that GM once employed over 375,000 UAW workers and when this 'fix' they are working on is done they'll employ 35,000? Does that sound like a real fix? It is troubling that we are getting numb to numbers in the billions. We couldnt run our homes or businesses the way our government is run.
We must start getting involved or life as we know it in this country is gone, I dont know what the future holds but it ain't what it once was ...
